How selling works
Create Your Account
Start by creating a free account if you don't have one.
- Sign up with Discord, Google, or email
- Complete your profile with username and photo
- No fees to create an account
Apply to Sell
Submit a quick application to become a seller on the platform.
- Fill out your info and tell us about your selling experience
- Review and accept the Seller Policy
- Must be 18+ and ship from a US address
Set Up Payouts
Complete setup through Stripe and connect your bank account.
- Verify your info through Stripe
- Connect your US bank account
- Payouts typically arrive within a few business days
Create Your First Listing
List your items using the format that works best.
- Buy It Now — Set a fixed price for instant purchase
- Buy It Now + Offers — Fixed price but accept negotiations
- Auction — Let buyers bid over a set time period
Ship & Get Paid
When you make a sale, ship promptly and watch your payout arrive.

Vouch for Each Other
After a successful transaction, leave a vouch to build trust in the community.
- Buyers and sellers can vouch for each other

Listing Types
Buy It Now (BIN)
Set a fixed price. Buyers purchase instantly at your listed price.
Best for: Items you want to sell quickly at a specific price.
BIN + Offers
Fixed price with the option for buyers to submit offers you can accept, decline, or counter.
Best for: When you have a target price but are open to negotiation.
Auction
Set a starting price and duration. Choose soft close (extends 2 min on late bids) or hard close (ends at exact time). Highest bidder wins.
Best for: Rare items where you want the market to determine the price.
Auction + Buyout
Auction with a buyout price. Buyers can bid or purchase instantly at the buyout.
Best for: When you want auction excitement but also offer instant purchase.
Tips for Success

Common Questions
What are the fees?+
7% platform fee for personal sellers, plus 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing. No listing fees or monthly costs. Shops pay a different rate — see the Shop Guide.
What can I sell?+
Items in our categories: Art Collectibles. All items must be authentic.
How fast do I need to ship?+
Ship as quickly as possible. Tracking is required on all shipments. Timelines vary by seller.
When do I get paid?+
Payouts transfer automatically when payment settles. Typically 2-3 business days, though timing may vary based on your account setup.
Do I need to handle sales tax?+
No. We calculate, collect, and remit sales tax on your behalf.
What if a buyer claims an issue?+
We review the listing against what was received. Accurate descriptions and photos protect you.
What is soft close vs hard close?+
Soft close extends the auction by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, preventing last-second sniping. Hard close ends at the exact scheduled time with no extensions. You choose the close type when creating your auction.
