What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Stripe.
Can I cancel my order?+
All sales are final. If there's an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, etc.), contact support and we'll help.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
What if my item doesn't arrive?+
Contact us immediately. We require tracking on all shipments and will work with you and the seller to resolve it.
How do offers work?+
On eligible listings, you can submit an offer below the asking price. Sellers have 48 hours to accept, decline, or counter.
What is soft close vs hard close?+
Soft close auctions extend by 2 minutes when a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes, so you always have time to respond. Hard close auctions end at the exact scheduled time with no extensions. The close type is shown on each auction listing.
