How long do refunds take?+

Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we confirm the issue. The refund shows up on your card statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What counts as "not as described"?+

If the item you received doesn't match the listing photos, description, or stated condition, that's not as described. Send us photos of what you received and we'll compare.

Do I need to return the item?+

It depends on the case. For damaged items, we usually don't require a return. For wrong items, we may arrange a return with the seller covering shipping. We handle the details.
